Kinesiology
Our Kinesiologists specialize in Chronic injuries and injury prevention. If you have reoccurring pain in the shoulder, Low back, Hips, knees, ankles, wrists, and headaches our kinesiologists can help you. We will do a detailed assessment on biomechanics of movement (especially movement that is problematic for you), we then assess your strength and mobility. Use exercise and mobility (massage techniques such as Active Release, Fascial Stretching, Graston, Kinesiology Tape, etc...) to address your problem areas.
Fascial Stretch Therapy
FST is where we stretch you, targeting the joint capsule, ligaments, tendons, neural tissues, and fascia. When we do the BEST technique ever, we decompress the capsule allowing more fluid and movement into the joint to introduce new range. All while stretching the muscles, fascia and joint capsule
RAPID Neurofascial Reset
RAPID NFR is evidence-based neurological manual therapy treatment. NFR is active and generally done with clothes on. We pin the muscle while moving and stretching out the muscle, fascia, and nerve. By doing this it is going to reset the fascia and the nerve by focusing on the Central Nervous System’s role in decreasing muscle tension and restrictions. NFR is performed by Registered Massage Therapists.
MVA Massage Therapy
This treatment is for those who are currently treating a motor vehicle accident. This treatment starts 2 weeks post accident. Please bring adjustors info, claim # and email to send invoices too. We must have a credit card on file (that will not be charged unless invoices to not go through and in this case we will notify you first).
Personal Training
Injury prevention and Injury recovery Certified Personal Trainer Specialist Kelly Supervich. Kelly Supervich has extensive knowledge and experience in sports performance and injuries from her massage therapy background in which she started in 2018.
Personal Training sessions start with an assessment from our in house Kinesiologist or from Kelly (CPT). Our main goal is to find strength and mobility imbalances, Kelly will then make a tailor made exercise program for you and your needs, with weekly or monthly check in's and alterations to the program. These check in's are done online.
Pregnancy Massage Therapy
